The PwC Flying Start degree programmes offer people of all ages and career experience levels the exciting opportunity to kickstart their careers while studying for a degree and gaining valuable professional experience. Flying Start students earn a salary and have a real role at PwC, working on live projects while balancing their time alongside university study. The Accounting Flying Start programme is a three-year degree course, with one key difference: each academic year includes a full-time work placement with PwC. The programme sets students on the path to qualify as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant, completing 85% of their professional exams by the end of the course. PwC wants students to feel challenged, to grow and to learn every day. Flying Start students therefore work on a range of projects in a culture that embraces difference and encourages imaginative thinking.
