It’s an alternative to university combining professional growth, support, and world-class training. EY offers a three-year Degree Apprenticeship in Business Leadership and Management Practice. Apprentices study for a Business Management degree at Northumbria University, gain Chartered Manager status from the CMI, and earn while they learn, working on client projects through the EY Consulting Service Delivery Centre, tackling areas like cybersecurity and financial advice.
