BAM offers apprenticeship opportunities across the UK. Apprentices will work on one of the organisation’s large-scale projects, which run throughout the UK. No matter where apprentices are based, they will have endless opportunities to learn and develop alongside experienced individuals from the business. A diverse range of apprenticeship programmes are available with BAM, from Level 2 (GCSE/Nat 5 equivalent) to Level 6 (degree equivalent), so applicants can find a programme that aligns with their interests and career goals. BAM currently offer apprenticeships in a variety of exciting areas including IT and Digital, Engineering, Business Administration, Document Control, Facilities Management and Craft/Trade roles. Degree and Graduate apprenticeship roles are available in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering. BAM partners with the best educational institutes each year for the delivery of their Level 6 Apprenticeships and ensures each apprentice receives a great experience and support every step of the way to achieving their degree and professional chartership. Alongside study, apprentices at BAM gain hands-on experience to help develop a thorough understanding of each specialism and to broaden their business knowledge.
